Kimberly (Peezie) L. Allred, Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA
Doctor of Audiology / Practice Owner
Dr. Allred holds a Master’s Degree in Audiology (1994) from the University of Southwestern Louisiana
and earned her Doctor of Audiology degree (2002) from the University of Florida. She joined ACI Hearing & Balance Center
in 1994 as an Audiologist and Office Manager, later acquiring the practice. Her expertise spans infant-to-adult hearing
evaluations, custom molds, vestibular testing, ABR, DPOAE, and the latest in digital hearing aid technology.
Elizabeth LeMaire, Au.D., FAAA
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. LeMaire is originally from Zachary, LA, with roots in Abbeville. She earned her B.A. in Communication Disorders
from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (2012) and her Doctor of Audiology from LSU Health Sciences Center
(2017). Her specialties include hearing and vestibular diagnostics, tinnitus management, and pediatric-to-geriatric
hearing solutions. She previously served veterans at the New Orleans VA Hospital and now enjoys traveling, staying active,
and hosting friends and family.
Sarah Lalande, Au.D., CCC-A
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Lalande is a native of Baton Rouge who joined our practice in November 2020. She completed her Bachelor’s at LSU,
then earned her Doctorate in Audiology from LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans. She finished her externship
at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System, focusing on advanced hearing solutions for veterans.
Dr. Lalande is fully licensed and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A).
Keri Stevens
Audiology Assistant
Keri treasures the moment when someone regains the ability to hear clearly—it’s life-changing for them and
rewarding for her. She loves working alongside talented doctors at ACI Hearing & Balance to help individuals
reconnect with their surroundings. Outside of work, Keri enjoys spending time at Moncus park with her family,
fishing, riding ATVs, and cooking. She’s also passionate about crafting and staying organized.
Tina Ray, PCC
Patient Care Coordinator
Tina graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts.
She has worked in Hearing Healthcare for over 17 years and joined our practice in 2017.
Her responsibilities include scheduling, insurance claims, patient care, and financial coordination.
Her warm approach and organizational skills ensure a positive patient experience from start to finish.
